Crescend Technologies, a leader in high-power solid-state microwave systems, has announced the launch of its new LabWave™ Test Chamber, a purpose-built microwave testing platform that delivers precise, repeatable results for research and process development applications.
The LabWave Test Chamber provides a controlled environment for evaluating how microwave energy interacts with materials, helping engineers and scientists accelerate innovation in heating, drying, advanced material processing and more. When paired with Crescend’s PTL-2.5 solid-state microwave generator and PrecisePower™ software, LabWave becomes a complete test system that bridges the gap between ideation and experimentation.
“LabWave was designed with researchers in mind,” said Adam Jones PE, Director of Sales at Crescend Technologies. “It gives process developers and engineers the ability to fine-tune every process parameter, frequency, power, atmosphere and more with a high level of repeatable accuracy.”
The system’s solid-state architecture provides instant on/off capability, adaptive power control, and frequency agility—enabling precise energy delivery, improved repeatability, and safer operation. Optional accessories such as a turntable kit, pressurization kit, high temperature test kit and optional sensors further enhance testing flexibility and process insight.
