Our microwave systems are well built, inherently reliable and have redundant safety systems to help ensure safe use and longevity, however, like all machines, things will eventually need repaired, maintained and serviced. Because of this fact, Crescend service and engineering personnel are ready to assist at any time to remedy the situation in a timely manner.
Maintenance
Typically, plant maintenance staff can do most, if not all, maintenance and repair. If however a problem is too large or can not be repaired by in-house or local contractors we can arrange for one of our technicians to travel to your facility and fix the problem. We also offer same day shipping on most replacement or spare parts orders.
